The Shooting

Miles, while parked in his Ferrari with his girlfriend beside him, is shot at by a still unknown gunman outside a Brooklyn nightclub. He is grazed by one bullet but otherwise unhurt. Police charge him with drug possession, claiming they found marijuana in his car. The charges are later dropped for lack of evidence.
