Bitches Brew 40th Anniversary Celebration at Eleven Madison Park

Last night, Thursday, September 9, Dogfish Head Brewery Owner Sam Calagione, hosted a dinner / celebration at the restaurant, Eleven Madison Park in New York City, to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Miles Davis Bitches Brew. Not only the classic album, but the Dogfish Head Bitches Brew.

Attendees were treated to a delicious meal, each course paired with a Dogfish Head Beer, one course being Miles Davis’ personal Chili recipe paired with Dogfish’s Bitches Brew. The beer was specially brewed to be served with chili recipe.
