The problem is that your body (in order to lose pounds of fat and improve your overall health) needs healthy carbs (fiber), healthy fats (monounsaturated and omega fatty acids), and you should never reduce your calories too much!

You WILL lose weight and get in the best shape of your life... without severely lowering your calorie intake to the point of flat-out starvation.
